Area Sales Manager

A technical sales role promoting an industry leading range of structural building materials across Scotland. Tracking and winning high-rise residential, student accommodation and commercial projects, with architects, high-rise developers, main and subcontractors.

Compensation: £45k-£50k basic +£10k OTE

Responsibilities:

  • A technical specification and contractor led sales role, promoting my clients industry leading range of structural building products
  • A range that includes masonry support systems, brick slips, windposts lintels, cavity trays, fixings and accessories
  • You will be tracking and winning high-rise projects with architects, high-rise developers, main contractors and specialist subcontractors
  • Whilst be supported by a first class technical team, that will assist you with drawings, plans, admin and lead generation

Overview:

Package: Basic salary is dependent on experience, with a £10k-£15k bonus scheme, hybrid company car, 25 days holiday, 5% employer pension contributions, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, staff rewards and discounts, employee assistance

Territory: Scotland

Selling: Masonry support systems, brick slips, windposts, lintels, cavity trays and structural building materials

Customers: Architects, high-rise developers, main contractors and subcontractors
